Parul,

Yes, there is a strong possibility in what it says. One who has been hurt too often tends to put on a courageous front.

Take care

If you do mathematics, 2+2 always = 4, but in life, there is no such formulae to come to a conclusion. Smiles are not always fake; nor always true. What matters is one must know what he/she is up to and be honest with the inner person, because one can fake the whole world but not to his own self.

true...but not always.

Sometimes SMILES r very real, as much as FROWNS can be very fake.

@ buzz

hey buzz it is not at all a sad post...just another realization concluded on the basis of my experiences with people...i have seen cheerful people hide their pains behind their smiling facades...

in fact the world's funniest man Charlie Chaplin also said that
"I like to walk in rain because that way no one can see me crying".

cheers

nobody willingly chooses pain with a smile....but its just that wen we get pain, some prefer to accept it royally with a smile on their face.....
